How do I track my order?
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.
When will my order be shipped?
Processing time is 1-2 business days. Delivery for domestic and international orders is 3-7 business days which does not include processing time. We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. *DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS*
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.
What does PRE-ORDER mean?
Pre-orders allow our customers to purchase items that are currently not in stock. Items for pre-order typically take 3-4 weeks to ship out from the order date. Once the item is in our facility, it will take a standard 1-2 days to process the order and 3-7 days for delivery.

If I purchase an in stock item with my PRE-ORDERED item, can I get it shipped to me separately?
Upon request, we will ship out in stock items separately from your Pre-ordered items. Please email info@melimoco.com for this request.
I think my package was lost or stolen. What do I do?
MELIMO.CO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The carrier will generally determine if your order can be left in a safe secure place at your delivery address. Once items are shipped, it is the responsibility of the postal service to ensure packages are delivered. No refunds will be issued for lost packages.
