RETURN POLICY

At MELIMO.CO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.

Please note the following policies and procedures for returns:

  • We do not accept returns unless the item is damaged.
  • Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error in fulfilling your order.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Damaged Items:

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately with a description and photo of the issue. We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund.

How to Initiate a Return:

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@melimoco.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning your item.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed and for your refund to appear in your account.
