When will my order ship?
STANDARD SHIPPING
Standard shipping on domestic items is typically 3-7 business days from order date. This does not include our 1-2 business days for processing. DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS.
All orders IN STOCK leave our facility in 1-2 business days. Once it has been shipped out, you will receive a tracking number via E-mail automatically.
PRE-ORDERS
Pre-orders are for items that are currently not in stock. Pre-Ordered items will typically ship out 3-4 weeks from order date. This does not include our 1-2 business days for processing. DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS.
Once IN STOCK, they will leave our facility in 1-2 business days. Once it has been shipped out, you will receive a tracking number via E-mail automatically.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International shipping is typically 5-10 business days. This does not include our 1-2 business days for processing. Excludes orders for Martinque, Barbados, Bermuda, New Zealand, Haiti, which incurs a 7-15 business day shipping.
There may be duties and taxes imposed on your order that aren't reflected in our prices. Check with your local Customs office for those charges. In addition, some countries may charge an additional handling fee for delivery within that country. MELIMO.CO is not responsible for any of these charges. The shipping charge only covers the shipping. Please note that we are not responsible for delivery arrival times/dates, as Customs can delay your package for reasons beyond our control.
If you refuse a shipment from MELIMO.CO or a shipment is un-deliverable, you are still responsible for the cost of the merchandise, the original shipping charges, any import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to MELIMO.CO. Express Shipping ( Domestic)
Express shipping for domestic orders is 2-3 business days(must be placed by noon est to ship same day)
We do our very best to ensure that all items are in stock but in the rare occurrence that an item is unavailable or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification, you will be notified within 48 business hours.
Please be aware that we cannot control any delays caused by the carrier during the shipping process once your package leaves our facility for any shipping method as carrier delays are out of our control.
